At the end of Term 3, we had two cricket lessons with Coach Gus, Sam and Mike from the University Cricket club. They taught Rm 21 students to throw and catch the ball and also do it with a clap. Then we learnt how to throw the ball using a pointing finger. Then we tried to hit the wickets and we also practised using a birds nest to catch the ball. What a fun time we had learning these new skills!

We have been learning Gymnastics skills and have been taught how to keep our bodies physically active and safe on all of the equipment by Coach Hannah over the past 8 weeks! This included making different shapes with our bodies, handstands, forwards and backwards rolls. Here is my certificate of participation for gymnastics in Term 3.

Last Friday we wore mufti to school to raise funds for the Year 5 & 6 camp and we were allowed to bring a scooter or bike from home. We had so much fun riding around the school carpark and having races with each other during lunch time!
